Practicing mindful forms of movement like yoga, tai chi, qi gong and even walking can help you have more energy, less stress, and a better sense of overall wellbeing.
READY? GO!
Try these three simple yoga moves to de-stress this week.
THE EASY WAY TO MEDITATE
You don't have to be a zen guru to reap the benefits of mindfulness, like increased productivity. Just sit comfortably (pretzel position not required), close your eyes, and pay attention to your breath for a minute or two. When your mind wanders (and it will) just bring it back to the breath. It's that easy!
DON'T BE A SCREEN ZOMBIE
Is late-night social feed scrolling turning you into the watching dead? Put down the screen and get some ZZZs to bring yourself back to life.

Watch for more ways to de-zombify.
Avo-Fredo Zoodles
Zucchini noodles paired with shrimp and a creamy, dairy-free avocado Alfredo sauce are a delicious and colorful substitute for pasta.
