FREE ADMISSION TO NOMA COURTESY OF THE HELIS FOUNDATION IF TEMPERATURES HIT 95 DEGREES

The Helis Foundation and FOX8 have partnered to present "Art and A/C." Throughout the month of August, if the temperature forecasted by FOX8 chief meteorologist David Bernard is at or above 95 degrees, three of New Orleans' art museums will open their doors free of charge to all Louisiana residents, and residents of Hancock and Pearl County, Mississippi, with ID, courtesy of The Helis Foundation.

Admission is always free at NOMA for Louisiana residents on Wednesdays courtesy of The Helis Foundation.
Visit FOX8 Live to check the weather, and look for special notices on NOMA's Facebook posts. Watch the video below for additional details.
Visitors can expect blockbuster art exhibitions, air conditioning, and extra fun and giveaways at each museum! Other participating museums include the Ogden Museum of Southern Art and the Contemporary Arts Center.
