What is an Honorary Survivor Chair?
The Race for the Cure Honorary Survivor Chair is a breast cancer survivor that embodies hope and passion in the fight against breast cancer. This individual will help us advocate for the Susan G. Komen mission by sharing her own breast cancer story to inspire and celebrate with other Survivors.
What is an Honorary Race Chair?
The Race for the Cure Honorary Race Chair is an advocate that promotes the Susan G. Komen mission by supporting Survivors and giving hope to others in the community. This individual's connection to breast cancer - perhaps as a Co-Survivor or friend, a physician supporting treatment, a policy advocate, or a volunteer - pushes them to act above and beyond to raise awareness and to find the cures.
