It's hot out there! During the month of August, when FOX8 meteorologists declare the temperature is at or above 93 degrees, New Orleans Museum of Art, Ogden Museum of Southern Art, and Contemporary Arts Center will open their doors for free the next day, courtesy of The Helis Foundation.
When it hits 93 degrees, head to the museums for sno-balls, fans, bottled water, and a respite from the heat! Last year, the award-winning initiative saw 1,500 people visit the museums over three days.
