Learn about the many electronic resources, including e-books and audiobooks, available through the Library. Bring your laptop, smart phone, tablet, or e-reader for individual assistance. If you are unable to make the Help Hour, call Smith Library at 504-596-2638 to make an appointment.

Join us for this educational drop-in, where you can get the answers to all of your questions. Don’t keep yourself in the dark when making decisions about your Medicare health care options. Bike Lock Check Out

Library staff regularly noticed people having to leave their bikes unlocked outside when the would visit the Library; and, with bikes serving as so many people’s primary method of transportation, the staff knew something needed to be done. All 15 Library locations have bike locks for daily check out. The bike locks are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are only to be used on Library bike racks.
