The Cancer Support Community is Looking for Volunteers

The Cancer Support Community (CSC) is looking for people to help develop a new tool to understand what matters most to people living with cancer. Please consider participating if you have ever received a cancer diagnosis, are at least 18 years old, and can read English. Participants who complete the survey will be offered the chance to enter a drawing for a $100 gift card. Five gift cards will be awarded for every 100 participants who complete the survey. If you complete the survey, you will have a chance to complete a short follow-up survey one week later and enter another drawing for a $25 gift card.
