This Week at the Eat Local Challenge

As always we have a variety of events planned during the month of June for Eat Local Challenge participants.   Wednesday 6/19 Farm Hub Happy Hour 4:30PM-9:00PM | Miel Brewery 405 6th St. Farm hub pop up with Laughing Buddha Nursery. Food for purchase offered by Hatch + Harvest using good from Local Cooling Farms, Two Dog Farms, River Queen Greens, Major Acre Farms and Succotash Ferments. Wednesday 6/19 Garden to Glass Cocktail Competition 6:00PM-9:00PM | The American Sector The yearly event all ELC participants look forward to! Join us at the American Sector at the National World War II Museum as local distiller compete for the best cocktail. Distillers include: Cajun Spirits, Cathead Distillery (represented by Del Fuego Taqueria), Rank Wildcat Spirits, Roulaison, Old New Orleans Rum, and Seven Three Distilling. $10 for ELC, $15 public Crescent City Farmers Market is having weekly kids activities during June! It's the perfect time to directly support your local farmers, fishers and food makers. More info on our calendar.  Wondering where to get local food and drinks?
