As a social worker, Molly
helps to support cancer patients and their families during treatment. For
many of these patients, Medicaid is a lifeline. More than two million cancer patients and survivors rely on Medicaid for their health care needs. From lifesaving cancer screenings like mammograms and colonoscopies to the cancer treatment and medicine that saves or sustains their lives, Medicaid allows people impacted by cancer to get the care they need to not just survive, but to thrive. We want to be sure this critical access to health care remains available for those whose lives rely on it. And, that’s why we need your help. Do you know someone who relies on Medicaid for their health care? Please share their story (or perhaps your own) using our easy form. It will take you just a minute to complete. These stories will help us demonstrate the impact that Medicaid has not only in people’s lives, but in the communities in which they live. Thank you for sharing. And please feel free to forward this email to people you know who might be able to share their Medicaid story. Thank you, Alice Williams LA Grassroots Manager |
