Career Online High School Information Session

Adults, age 19 and older, who are interested in earning their high school diploma through the Library’s free online program, are invited to learn more at an information session. The Library and YMCA Educational Services (YES!) have partnered to make it easier for adults to earn their high school diplomas – online, for free, and in as little as five months. The Career Online High School program is free to adults, ages 19 & older, who have successfully completed 8th grade and who live in Orleans Parish. Minors should pursue their high school education through existing high school programs.
The Career Online High School program provides:
  • A personal academic coach
  • Convenient 24/7 online classroom access
  • Special training focused on ten in-demand industries
  • Tools for starting or advancing careers, including résumés and cover letters
For those unable to attend a session, Career Online High School information can be found here.
