Hello Supporter,
CSC Champion and Broadway Star Jason Danieley recently appeared on Stars in the House, alongside Tony award-winner Kelli O’Hara, CSC’s President Linda Bohannon, and Senior Director of Clinical Services Eucharia Borden.
The program honored Danieley’s late wife, the Broadway Star and CSC Champion Marin Mazzie, who passed away from ovarian cancer. Hosts Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley led a touching and funny tribute to Mazzie. Bohannon and Borden discussed the pandemic's impact on cancer patients and provided tips on coping with stress and anxiety. Danieley said, “[Marin and I] thought [CSC] was extraordinary...They're there for you with whatever cancer you're going through...They will be there from the day you're diagnosed and walk you through it...they're helping not only the cancer patients but also the caregivers." O’Hara said, “You’re just not alone. I hope that people know that and feel OK to reach out and take what you need during these times.” ICYMI, watch this inspiring program, which also raised funds to help CSC provide free services to patients.
