Library buildings may be closed, but that doesn't mean that we can't have fun virtually. The New Orleans Public Library has plenty of fun things for all ages to do this summer.

Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast Summer Learning Series for Youth - Sessions for High School Youth Age 14 - 18

A series of live informational health-related sessions facilitated by professional health educators from Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast.

Craft Time with Theresa

Learn how to make a cute snuggly sloth out of paper plates and other materials around the house. Video will premiere on Tuesday, June 9 at 3pm.

STEM Demo - C is for Catapult

In this demo, kids will learn how to build a catapult using only popsicle sticks, rubber bands, double-sided tape, and a bottle cap. We will learn how a catapult works, and watch one in action! This is geared towards young people (ages 3-7 with help). Video will premiere on Wednesday, June 10 at 3pm.

Popular Fiction Book Club

Virtual Escape Rooms 

Completely digital games where the player uses technology (phone, tablet, or computer) and clues to open digital locks. A new virtual escape room will premiere on Mondays.
