#BeTheDifference With Self-care Strategies

This is a challenging and stressful time. People across the country are reporting high levels of emotional distress because of COVID-19, including feelings of sadness, exhaustion, fear and worry. That's why it is more important now than ever before to make your mental health a priority.

We have shared resources over the last few months to help you support young people, people on the front lines, and those struggling with mental health conditions take care of their mental health. This month, we're focusing on you.

Many of us know the advice given on airplanes: Put on your own oxygen mask before trying to help someone else with theirs. Taking care of yourself can help you better handle challenges, adapt to changes and build strong relationships.

We will be sharing tips and resources to help you use self-care strategies to support your own and your loved ones' mental health and well-being.

Keep an eye on our blog and social media channels for this content and more throughout the month to help you #BetheDifference for yourself and your loved ones.

We're sharing all of this on social media too -- follow us on Twitter and Facebook!
