Action Needed

Cathy,

It isn’t enough.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has a program to provide free or low-cost mammograms to women who need them. But today, the program is only serving one in five eligible people.

Why? It’s simple. Because it doesn’t have enough funding.

Your Members of Congress can help change this. By increasing funding for this program, Congress would help ensure more people get the care they need and save lives from breast cancer.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. In honor of everyone impacted by the disease, please send a message to your U.S. Senators today and ask them to increase funding for this lifesaving breast cancer screening program. It just takes a minute with our easy form.

Yes, there’s a lot going on in Congress right now, but at the end of the day, this is a program that is proven to save lives by catching cancer at its earliest, most treatable stages.

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, make sure your U.S. Senators know we need them to increase funding for breast cancer screening programs. Send a quick message now.

Thank you for taking action.
