	Your Friends at Susan G. Komen * Eligible applicants must currently be in treatment for breast cancer or living with metastatic breast cancer, have a current annual household income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Limit, reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory and not have received any financial assistance from Komen in the past 12 months.
