Advocacy Request from the American Cancer Society

ACSCAN logo

Cathy,

We’ve got the votes!

More than half of the U.S. House of Representatives has signed on to support our bill that would provide cancer patients with a better type of care.

Now, we need to convince the leadership - the Speaker of the House and a key committee chairman - to schedule a vote for this bill.

Please send a message to your member of Congress right now. Ask them to push House leadership to schedule a vote on our bill. It only takes one minute using our easy action form.

If they schedule a vote, we know the bill will pass.

And that puts us one important step closer to providing cancer patients with what they truly want and need:
  • Less pain during treatment
  • Coordinated care among their doctors
  • Emotional support for themselves and their caregivers
Help get this bill over the finish line by sending a message to your member of Congress today.
Thank you.

Associate Director, Grassroots Campaigns
