Early bird discounted registration ($25) ends May 15th! Wheat and Caffeine for this year's challenge! For the first time ever we are breaking the barrier and will have both locally grown, certified organic, whole wheat flour and local green and black tea (Camellia Sinensis) for Eat Local Challenge participants. Mayhew Bakery will be selling all local ingredient bread and pastries and providing cooking demos as well.
