Get smart about sneaky sodium. Chances are, you're eating more of it than you think - and way more than the recommended amount. Forget the salt shaker - it's already in most of the processed and restaurant foods we eat. And it can wreak havoc on your health.

Next time you pick up a packaged food, check out the nutrition facts label to see how much sodium it contains. For example, two slices of frozen pizza could contain more than half the recommended daily amount!
