Tip of the Day: Stay on Track with Small Changes
Stay on track with small changes.
Continue to make small changes to what you eat and how you move. Swap fruit-flavored candy for whole or cut fruit, try a new vegetable at dinner and take the stairs instead of the elevator. Over time these small changes will add up!
