TIP OF THE DAY Inspire a future chef. Having your child help you in the kitchen is a good way to get them to try new foods. Give them small jobs to do. Praise their efforts. Children are much less likely to reject foods that they helped make. Make family mealtimes fun. Build healthy mealtime habits.
