Volunteers Needed for Mardi Gras Parades

VOLUNTEER WITH US YEP volunteer opportunities for Spring 2020 include two big events. We need your help to make them great! Check out volunteer opportunities below. MARDI GRAS CHAPERONES YEP needs volunteers to chaperone the Drumline & Dance Team in the parades! This is an 8 hour commitment and requires walking the duration of the parade (over 5 miles). Krewe of Nyx: Wednesday, 2/19 Arrival Time: 4:30pm Parade Start: 6:45pm Krewe of Iris: Saturday, 2/22 Arrival Time: 9:30am Parade Start: 11:00am All chaperones will be required to attend a training prior to the parades. YEP FEST 2020 Sunday, March 22nd, 2020, 12-4pm. Volunteer for YEP Fest, our annual street festival and fundraiser featuring live music, pedicab races, restaurants, and a Kid’s Zone.
