Have you gotten enough exercise yet today? You can eat a snack if you get up and dance to New Orleans's own Neville Brothers performing "Big Chief"
Protein snack ideas.
Wrap sliced, low-sodium deli turkey or ham around an apple wedge. Store unsalted nuts in the pantry or peeled, hard-cooked (boiled) eggs in the refrigerator to enjoy any time.
